Renovation and modernization of a restaurant inspired by the sea and fishing.

From the Algarve, we received a request for a complete renovation of a commercial establishment. The goal was to renew the restaurant's image and make it more welcoming and attractive for future new customers. With an area of 135 square metres, the renovation covered the interior and exterior of the establishment.

As inspiration for the space, we chose the sea and fishing due to its proximity to the beach. Thus, nature was expressed in the environment through the choice of colours, natural oak wood, and the original details placed in every corner.

The counter is one of the project's highlights, featuring a craft work that recreates fish scales on wooden sheets, clearly alluding to the sea. It is a piece that stands out for its elegance, discretion and originality. Besides, two green vases above the counter, high benches and four modern ceiling lamps complement the decoration of the counter.

The reference to nature is evident in the decoration of the restaurant room, with its green and blue hues. The wallpaper, with its exotic print, which blends in with the room's plants, is one of the highlights of the decoration. The furniture in this space is modern, elegant and comfortable, focusing on the wood choice, which offers a warm, light and versatile atmosphere.

In addition to a room with intense and saturated tones, creating a perfect cosy atmosphere for dinners, we also have a larger and brighter area, including low and high tables ideal for quick meals or casual moments with friends.

The vibrant blue of the chair fabrics reminds us of the depths of the oceans. The fish decorating the wall, creating the image of a school of fish, enrich the decoration of the room and represent the essence of the region where the restaurant is located.
